Hi, I thought I’d share these top-tips from my presentation on Attractive Marketing, at today’s Online Marketing Magic Event.

It’s often tricky to find time to do this but running through the checklists below will really focus your mind and make your marketing more efficient.

I am working with people that are too busy running their business, to spend time attracting and retaining customers. (shhhh…. that’s Marketing ;-) )
 
So I work part-time with them (e.g. 1 day/week) looking at their products from their consumer’s point of view. I’ll then extract their brand personality and convert it into an attractive marketing plan and help them implement it.
 
My aim is to quickly focus on the priority actions around their customer experience and help them refine it to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
 
It could be that their website needs refining, their product message needs defining, or they simply need to use social media channels to start relating to their customers…
