I’ve enjoyed over 20 yrs of Marketing for companies including ICI, O2 and SpinVox and learnt a lot about profitable promotion of products. I’m now sharing that knowledge with smaller businesses to help them grow.
I’m helping a number of clients to keep their customers central to their marketing activities including. Most clients find that when I remain on the outside of their business, I can clearly guide them through the eyes of their customers.
My focus areas include:- engaging customers through social media; injecting the personality of the business into their website design, improving the retail customer experience; taking a retail business online, attracting and keeping customers.
